The complete kit to upgrade your CRF 110 front forks. Included in this is kit is the following:

  • Fork Oil (15 weight)

Custom-developed by BBR for adult riders. Pre-set and stress relieved for long life. For use in stock CRF110F forks.

Damping Rods

These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel and provide increased damping control for adult sized riders. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride. These make a great combination with our stiff springs. A perfect match to our SuperStock swingarm.

  • Increases travel 1" from stock
  • Better damping control with stiffer springs and adult sized riders
  • CNC machined from forging

Note: For adult riders (±175 lbs), using the BBR damping rods, we run 10 wt. fork oil. This is roughly 140mm from the top of the tube with springs out and forks compressed. Heavier (or aggressive) riders should consider 15 or 20 wt. fork oil.
